We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga, managing daily operations and supporting our team in providing care that enhances customers'' health and wellbeing, promoting their independence to stay at home. Occasional visits to our Norwest, NSW office are also required. About You The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in management, health care, or an equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years experience in community, disability, or aged care management or related programs Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for Home Services Ability to work with financial performance indicators and deliver quality services within budget Experience with continuous quality improvement systems and projects Leadership experience in a customer-focused environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of BaptistCares Christian identity and values Current drivers license About Us BaptistCare is a Christian, not-for-profit organization committed to providing exceptional support and services across Australia.
