About You:We''re looking for a hungry marketing junior to join the Mosh & Moshy marketing team 2-3 days per week. Maybe youre studying marketing, commerce or data science and you''re ready for a role that combines critical thinking with creative experimentation. You enjoy spotting trends in data, figuring out why things work (or dont) and using insights to improve outcomes. Youre proactive, organised and excited by the chance to work in a fast-paced startup, where you can make a visible impact from day one.Purpose:Drive scalable growth across Mosh & Moshys paid social channels by analysing, optimising and rapidly testing high-performing ad contentIn this role, youll get hands-on with Meta and other Paid Social advertising platforms, working closely with our growth marketers, creative team and analysts to develop and optimise paid social campaigns. From concept testing to creative performance analysis, youll play a vital role in fuelling creative velocity and ensuring our ad content drives measurable results.Youll report to the Marketing Manager Paid Social and will be instrumental in balancing speed, quality and testing rigour to help scale our performance across multiple health verticalsKey Responsibilities:As the Marketing Analytics Assistant - Paid Social, you will help scale Moshs best in-class paid social content engine, using insights and testing frameworks to create thumb-stopping ads that convert.Ad creative analysis: Develop processes to analyse ads and determine what makes them successful or not.Media buying: Work directly with the Marketing Manager - Paid Social to support media buying across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and other social networks.Ad briefing: Work directly with our in-house creative team to brief new ads and introduce them to our mix.Competitor analysis: Understand monitoring and reporting on competitor activity within the industry.Reporting: Learn how to interpret marketing results and what they mean for the business.Content Management: Maintain an organised asset library and growth playbook to ensure timely delivery of creative for campaign launches.Qualifications and/or Experience Required:Ability to work quickly and efficiently, balancing speed and quality in a high-output environment.Strong understanding of social media platformsProficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse and interpret data clearly.Comfortable with basic creative analysis and using data to inform creative decisions.Nice to have: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other relevant content editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Figma).Nice to have: familiarity with paid media analytics (e.g., CAC, CTR, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.Nice to have: familiarity with ad buying platforms is a plus.What youre notYoure not just reporting numbers. Youre focused on uncovering why ads work (or dont) and using that to drive better performance.Youre not hands-off with creative. You actively contribute to ad testing, sharing ideas and helping shape creative that converts.Youre not afraid to test bold, unusual, or humorous ideas.
