This role is pivotal in enhancing VisaQores AI-driven platform by ensuring legal accuracy, compliance, and quality in visa applications across Australia, the USA, UK, and Canada. You will collaborate with our AI and product teams to refine our visa-matching algorithms, streamline document preparation, and integrate real-time regulatory updates, supporting our goal to reduce rejection rates below the industrys 15% benchmark.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, focusing on student, skilled, and family visa categories.Conduct final reviews of AI-generated visa applications and documentation to ensure compliance with immigration laws in target markets (e.g., USCIS, IRCC, UKVI, Department of Home Affairs).Collaborate with our AI team to train models, improving visa eligibility logic, document classification, and fraud detection (targeting 95%+ accuracy).Engage with clients via consultations to address complex cases, offering personalized guidance through our platforms communication workflows (email, SMS, in-app notifications).Stay updated on immigration policy changes across target markets, feeding insights into our knowledge base to maintain real-time accuracy.Liaise with government agencies and strategic partners (e.g., IELTS providers, health examination centers) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.Contribute to our Robinhood of Immigration mission by supporting free user access while optimizing our commission-based revenue model.QualificationsProven expertise in immigration law, with experience preparing and submitting visa applications across diverse categories (student, skilled, family visas).Strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex immigration regulations and integrate them into AI-driven workflows.Familiarity with immigration laws in Australia, the USA, UK, and Canada; knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, and PII handling is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and cross-functional collaboration with tech and product teams.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to a multidisciplinary, innovation-driven culture.Bachelors degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications in immigration law or AI/legal tech are highly desirable.Experience with AI-based or tech-driven legal systems, particularly in document automation or case management, is a significant advantage.Passion for VisaQores mission to make immigration accessible, efficient, and equitable for millions worldwide.Why Join VisaQore?Join a team dedicated to disrupting a broken industry and building a scalable, global platform with unicorn potential.
