This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys driving and is willing to spend multiple nights away from home some weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and delivery of Avgas locally and interstate.ResponsibilitiesOperating tankers in remote locations servicing Skyfuel and customer locations, aircraft and other tankersDriving fuel equipment Heavy Combination HCTerminal LoadingAviation Fuel Quality Control and maintenance checksManual handling refuelling aircraftDocumentation including sales and quality and stock information, Dangerous Goods and Heavy vehicle log booksProvide high levels of customer serviceQualificationsStrong work ethicCustomer focussedDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeStrong communication skills with a positive outlookReliable and trustworthyAttention to detailStrong commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practicesDesire to work and contribute to a high performing teamHeavy combination (HC) licence requiredDangerous Goods license requiredSLP desirableFlexibility to cover changing workload demandsPlease note that a pre-employment medical and health assessment will be required.
