You''ll drive best practice asset management, integrate masterplans into long-term capital works, and manage data-driven condition assessments to ensure safe, sustainable and cost-effective public infrastructure.Key responsibilities include:Leading asset management strategy, systems and policyDeveloping rolling 10-year capital works and renewal plansOverseeing condition assessments, lifecycle modelling and asset valuationsProviding technical leadership on statutory approvals (e.g. NHVR, s221)Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape Whyalla''s infrastructure legacyAbout youYou''re a qualified civil/asset management professional with:Proven leadership in local government asset managementDeep knowledge of infrastructure planning, modelling and project deliveryStrong financial acumen and systems capabilityA collaborative mindset and ability to lead changeWhy join Whyalla?Big industry.
