Youll engage with a diverse range of investors, build long-lasting relationships and drive capital inflows through strategic, bespoke offerings. With responsibility for ensuring compliance, structuring and reporting, this role is pivotal to Kokodas continued growth and success in the investment space.About the RoleLead and execute the distribution strategy across institutional, family office and/or financial planner channelsDrive investor engagement through targeted roadshows, presentations and tailored investment briefingsDevelop and manage relationships with fund managers, superannuation platforms, family offices and financial plannersSupport structuring, documentation and compliance needs in collaboration with legal, finance and external advisorsOversee the onboarding process and ensure exceptional investor care from initial contact through to ongoing reporting and updatesIdentify and structure direct equity investment opportunities in Kokoda development projects, including bespoke equity participation modelsRepresent Kokoda at industry events, forums, and networking opportunitiesAbout YouExperience: Minimum 10 years in capital raising, investor relations or asset management, with proven experience engaging with institutional investors, family offices and financial plannersSkills: Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop compelling investment propositions and manage relationships with high-net-worth and institutional investorsKnowledge: In-depth understanding of capital structuring, due diligence, compliance and investment governance frameworksQualifications: Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, economics or related fieldsLeadership: A proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships across diverse investor channelsCommunication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences and stakeholdersWhy Join Us?Lead capital raising efforts for Kokodas diverse portfolio of property development fundsWork in a dynamic, design-led business with a strong commitment to quality and high standardsBe a key player in an ambitious and fast-growing company, with genuine career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and performance-driven incentivesWere offering more than just a role.
