Your responsibilities encompass managing the requirements of the Building Management Agreement, overseeing maintenance and security, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the building functions seamlessly. With a focus on continuous improvement, gradually enhancing the building''s quality of life through thoughtful solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the General Manager and in creating and managing budgets, financial reporting, and overseeing expendituresLook for opportunities to maximise revenue through managing chargeable works in house vs using external contractorsEnsure we perform our obligations under the Building Management Agreement and Letting AgreementPrepare Building Manager report and quote information for the Owners Corporation CommitteeEnsure optimal use of internal maintenance system MyBosServe as a liaison between strata owners and the strata committee, ensuring all stakeholders stay well-informed about building-related matters, issues, and decisionsOrganise and supervise routine maintenance and repairs for common areas and shared facilities within the building, including obtaining quotes and ensuring the work meets satisfactory standardsEngage and supervise contractors, service providers, and suppliers for various building needs, such as landscaping, security, repair and cleaning servicesBe prepared to respond swiftly to emergencies, including building damage, safety concerns, or security issues, by coordinating necessary actions and resourcesUphold compliance with pertinent strata laws and state regulations, including maintaining accurate records and conducting meetings in accordance with legal requirementsSkills and ExperienceFamiliarity with Building Management Agreements in a strata property and a track record of effectively collaborating with owner committees and ownersA robust skillset encompassing both administration and maintenance capabilitiesSkilled in stakeholder management and equipped with confident negotiation capabilitiesExperience in managing a small maintenance teamPrevious experience in property maintenance, building or facility management and the implementation of preventative maintenance programs is advantageousALL Heartist Membership -Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!Family & Friends Discounts-Available on a range of accommodation, services and events for those who mean the most to youAccor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program-Earn status & reward points on your worldwide staysLearn Your Way-Support your career development with access to Accors industry leading training platforms, Accor Academy and TypsyBuild Your Network-With more than 300,000 Accor professionals globally sharing the same guest passion, you have the ability to grow your hospitality network worldwideWorldwide Opportunities-We are a world leading hotel operator!
