We drive product strategy, design, and enhancements that support IB&Ms growth ambitions and improve client outcomes.Your ImpactAs a Senior Associate, youll be at the heart of strategic initiatives that grow our lending portfolio and enhance client satisfaction. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure our products are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.Your day to day will look like:Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Institutional and Business BankingCollaborate with Relationship teams, Risk, Finance, and Operations to support product enhancementsManage day-to-day product, process, and system queriesConduct product reviews, risk assessments, and reportingDrive initiatives to improve lending outcomes and client experienceInvestigate issues, incidents, and feedback across the lending value chainMaintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for the institutional lending portfolioContribute to a collaborative, high-performing team cultureWhat Youll BringWere looking for someone whos proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference.Youll thrive in this role if you have:Experience in end-to-end lending, product policy, or related areas in financial servicesA background in product management, institutional/business lending, credit, or middle officeStrong communication skills and a sharp eye for detailA collaborative mindset and the ability to work independentlyA degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related fieldReady to Make Your Mark?If you''re looking for a role where your ideas are valued and your work drives real outcomes, wed love to hear from you.
