With a strong pipeline of projects under development and construction, they offer full in-house control, from acquisition through to delivery, giving you the platform to truly influence project outcomes.This is a great opportunity for a construction leader who wants to be involved early in the project lifecycle, collaborate closely with internal development teams, and deliver standout buildings that leave a legacy.About the RoleAs, you''ll oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring buildability, programme, and quality are considered from design through to handover. You''ll manage and mentor delivery teams, maintain relationships with key consultants and subcontractors, and ensure each project aligns with the company''s design and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project teams and support Site and Project ManagersWork closely with Development and Design teams during early phasesEnsure programme, quality, safety and budget targets are metSelect and manage key subcontractors and suppliersProvide input on buildability, staging and construction methodologyMaintain compliance with regulatory and internal standardsAbout YouStrong experience as a Construction Manager or Project Director with a developer or Tier 2 builderBackground in high-density residential or mixed-use developments (preferred)Ability to manage multiple sites and support site teamsStrong understanding of buildability, staging, and design resolutionExcellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or relatedWhat''s on OfferWork directly with a leading developer builderCompetitive salary + bonus structureLong-term pipeline of high-profile, design-led projectsCollaborative, close-knit leadership teamOpportunities for progression to General Manager with a leading developer builderIf you feel you meet the above brief and requirements, and are ready to take the next step in your career.
