Is able to see the big picture while managing detailed tasks across the team. Anticipates downstream impacts of decisions and advises accordingly. Is skilled in supporting structured decision-making processes. Brings a systems thinking approach helps clients see the whole organisation, not just siloed views. Provides clear, well-reasoned advice that considers trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints. Uses frameworks, logic, and creativity to navigate uncertainty. Capable of simplifying complexity for stakeholders. Comfortable leading discussions, eliciting input, and driving alignment. Skilled in guiding groups toward decisions and actions.
