The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, collaborative, with a strong background in finance, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of scaling finance in a global organization.Work ScheduleHybrid Work Schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office; Tuesday and Friday WFH.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy and OversightDevelop and execute the company''s financial strategy aligned with business goals.Provide data-driven financial analysis to the Executive Team and Department Heads.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitor key financial and SaaS metrics to improve performance.Financial OperationsManage daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow.Ensure compliance with standards and regulations through effective controls.Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.Enhance financial systems for scalability and efficiency.Financial Analysis and ReportingPrepare financial reports and statements timely and accurately.Conduct financial analysis for decision-making and strategic initiatives.Support pricing, cost optimization, and revenue growth strategies.Monitor industry trends and market conditions for risks and opportunities.Team Leadership and DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing finance team.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Develop cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.Required SkillsCA or CPA qualification.10+ years senior finance leadership experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments.Strong understanding of B2B SaaS models, revenue recognition, and subscription metrics.Experience with finance tools like Xero, Maxio, Subskribe, Power BI.Proven in financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and transformation.Knowledge of financial obligations in Australia, the US, and the UK.Experience managing complex financial operations and compliance.Ability to provide strategic insights to executives.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
