You are passionate about promoting a culture of inclusion and wellbeing, and you successfully build relationships with diverse cohorts, including students, peers, and academic staff. You regularly monitor, evaluate and review service quality and effectiveness to ensure your clients are well serviced.About the RoleReporting to the Manager: Counselling, you will provide brief intervention counselling services to individual students, including face-to-face, telephone, online and crisis counselling. You will also support larger groups by conducting workshops with diverse groups to promote student mental health and wellbeing.
