As a Senior Project Coordinator within the Transformation & Delivery team, youll help drive and coordinate high-impact initiatives that lift the standard of execution across the business. From leading small to medium-sized projects end-to-end to steering critical workstreams within broader programs, youll bring structure, momentum, and clarity to complex, fast-paced environments.Were looking for a proactive professional who takes ownership, fosters accountability, and thrives on driving results. This is a role for someone whos not just about managing timelines, but about enabling teams to move with purpose and making sure every initiative translates into seamless, high-impact outcomes for our clients and customers.How youll make an impact as a Senior Project Coordinator at EasyPark ANZ:Project Delivery SupportLead and manage smaller, less complex projects or delivery workstreams from planning through to execution, ensuring coordination across people, process, and systems.Support program and projects managers by coordinating multi-team delivery activities and preparing reporting artefacts such as timelines, dashboards, and delivery updates.Develop, maintain and update essential project management artefacts such as project plans, status reports, risk and issue registers, and schedules to support effective coordination and delivery.Track project plans, risks, issues, and interdependencies, taking initiative to resolve blockers or escalate when needed.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a point of contact for internal and client-facing project stakeholders on assigned workstreams, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for stakeholder engagement and governance forums.Tools & Delivery DisciplineMaintain up-to-date project artefacts using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana (or similar).Promote consistent use of delivery frameworks, templates, and tracking methods in line with team standards.Assist with status reports, retrospectives, and lessons learned exercises to support continuous improvement.Team ContributionContribute to a culture of ownership, quality, and curiosity within the Transformation & Delivery team.Shadow senior team members to build delivery capability, while taking increasing responsibility for autonomous execution.Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to ambiguous or evolving situations helping create structure where neededKnowledge & ExperienceEssential3 to 5 years of experience coordinating or managing projects or delivery workstreams in tech-enabled, digital, consulting, or product environmentsProven ability to support or lead smaller client-facing projects or well-defined workstreams with multiple stakeholdersProven experience managing project schedules, risks, and issues while maintaining key artefacts like plans and status reports with a proactive, solutions-focused approachComfortable using project delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalentStrong communication skills and stakeholder management experience, both internally and externallyDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesPreferredProject management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related fieldExposure to multi-location or regional projects, or experience in scale-up/expanding businessesExperience or familiarity with transformation or change management initiativesBackground in EPMO/PMO settings is a plusCandidates with a background in business analysis - especially those who have transitioned into project coordination/management or delivery roles - will be highly regarded.Demonstrated BehavioursHighly organised and methodical, able to manage multiple moving parts, track details without losing sight of the big picture and keep projects on course.Detail-oriented with the ability to establish and maintain clear, concise project documentation and artefacts.Brings strong interpersonal awareness and adjusts their approach to collaborate effectively across different personalities and working styles.Clear and credible communicator: articulates ideas and updates with clarity and confidence, whether engaging with peers, leaders or clients.Proactive and outcome-focused, takes initiative to solve problems and drive delivery forward, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.Willingness to work outside of normal hours on occasion to collaborate with interstate, US/EU counterpartsOpen to national travel to support project delivery and client engagementTeam OverviewAt EasyPark, we love making cities more livable.
