You will also be responsible for Talent Acquisition and play a pivotal role in supporting the hearts and minds of all employees.This role will ensure compliance with Australian employment law, support employee engagement, and manage various HR processes to maintain a high-performance work culture. It involves both administrative and strategic responsibilities, including benefits and compensation, tax management, policy development, and program implementation that can scale globally.
