Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the strategic direction of LLL while ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape the future of a well-established, purpose-led organisation operating in an evolving market.You will lead a trusted, values-based institution with a strong legacy and significant potential for innovation and expansionsupported by a skilled team and an engaged Board.Key responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of strategies aligned with LLLs mission and long-term goalsChampion a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovationBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, and the wider communityOversee operational and financial performance, ensuring strong governance and effective risk management, and compliance with regulator and governmentAbout you:You are a values-driven leader with significant experience at CEO, MD, or senior executive level within banking, finance, or a related sector. You have a proven track record in driving strategic growth, leading digital transformation, and achieving operational excellence.
