You will lead cross-functional collaboration, define and execute product strategy and drive outcomes through rigorous data analysis, A/B testing and insight-driven prioritisation.Key Responsibilities: Lead the definition, development and execution of the product strategy for your product ensuring alignment with Plentis mission, vision and key success metrics Utilise both quantitative and qualitative research to develop deep customer empathy and gain a strong understanding of the market, business processes and emerging opportunities Leverage data platforms, product analytics and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses, monitor product performance and continuously optimise outcomes Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and commercial teams to create innovative, data-informed solutions that deliver tangible customer and business value Maintain and communicate a clear, evolving product roadmap balancing growth ambitions, operational efficiency and technical investments Partner with other product teams to manage dependencies, share data-driven learnings and align cross-functional efforts Engage directly with customers to collect feedback and insights that enhance product-market fit and inform strategic decisions Champion best practice in product management and analytics, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvementAbout You: 5 + years'' of experience in product management, product strategy, engineering or UX/CX roles ideally with experience across both B2C and B2B contexts Strong analytical mindset highly comfortable working with large datasets, running A/B tests and using data-driven insights to steer product decisions Demonstrated success delivering customer and business value on complex technology platforms through data-informed prioritisation and optimisation Proficient with product analytics tools and data querying languages such as SQL to monitor KPIs and inform roadmap adjustments Natural collaborator and effective communicator skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision Comfortable navigating fast-paced ambiguous environments and motivated to roll up your sleeves to drive results Experience in start-up, scale-up or FinTech environments is highly regarded but not essentialWhat''s life like at Plenti?Working at Plenti means joining a team that is high-performing, diverse, customer-focused and collaborative.
