At The Tops mealtimes are an opportunity for connection where food is a shared experience despite someones dietary restrictions.What Youll DoAs our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses on quality and safety. You will:Prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs''Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety ProgramManage stock rotation and food storageSupport a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive guest experienceProactively model the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders, and external partiesAbout YouAs an experienced Chef you will have:Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experienceEnjoy working in a high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run smoothlyExperience with dietary requirements and food safety complianceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA friendly, reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for serviceWhat We OfferLove where you work; our Stanwell Tops facilitys setting is picturesque with onsite parking availableSalary packaging; increased take home pay through salary packaging including novated leasing optionsBirthday leave; take time to celebrate with your friends and familyPermanent part time and full time opportunities availableWork across a variety of shifts including weekends with no late nightsWe are a child safe environment.
