Accountable for ensuring our members and guests feel welcome and monitor Club and government compliance. This Full-Time opportunity is located at our Nelson Bay Diggers site. Responsibilities include:Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and project positive and friendly imageEnsure all members and guests sign into the Club as per regulationsAdvise members and guests on Club facilities and eventsPromote and process Wests membershipsCheck employee and contractor identificationMonitor and enforce RSA legislationLiaise with security and Duty Managers on refusal of entry due to intoxicationThis position requires the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a mix of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts to meet operational requirements. This role has a 3 week rotation roster with one weekend off each month.Certifications required: RSA and RCG CertificationsAs part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal. All associated checks and costs will be facilitated by The Wests Group.About YouWe are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership qualities you will have the gift of both problem solving and people skills to manage compliance. Previous experience in a similar reception position is highly desirable.
