As they continue to expand and evolve, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at one of their key operations located in Mudgee NSW.About the RoleThis is a career-defining opportunity for a strategic and people-focused HR leader with experience in blue-collar or mining environments. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural initiatives, embedding best practice HR, and ensuring alignment with business strategy. Youll lead a small HR team on-site and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, people-first solutions across ER/IR, workforce planning, talent, and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically partner with site leadership to deliver HR solutions that support operational goals.Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned to the companys core values and Our Way framework.Oversee ER/IR matters including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement.Implement HR strategies, frameworks, and metrics that drive performance and accountability.Provide coaching to senior leaders and build capability across departments.Develop and manage the annual HR budget.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal HR standards.Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.About YouYou are an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and the confidence to influence across all levels.
