Site-specific salary information is as follows:Battle Creek, MI: $124,531- $161,889Columbus, OH: $129,946- $168,929Dayton, OH: $129,169 - $167,919Fort Belvoir, VA: $142,488- $185,234New Cumberland, PA: $142,488- $185,234Ogden, UT: $124,531- $161,889Philadelphia, PA: $137,222- $178,388Richmond, VA: $130,084- $169,108Duties:Support Operational Energy Applications (OEA) PMO as a Program Analyst, managing programs throughout their lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.Provide leadership for a portfolio of DLA Energy programs such as FDS-AV, FDS-IM, EPoS, HEMI, HFAM, ATG, EPST, and legacy platforms.Manage enterprise modernization efforts for ICS and SCADA platforms, ensuring cybersecurity compliance and alignment with DLA Energy mission requirements.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to NIST and DoD cybersecurity standards.Develop and review acquisition documentation following DoD policies.Lead requirements gathering, business case analysis, market research, and cost estimates.Oversee the full program lifecycle, including risk management and system readiness assessments.Create project schedules and lead reviews for senior stakeholders.Support contract strategies and vendor engagement, ensuring technical and operational alignment.Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership.Contribute to governance, SOPs, knowledge management, and performance metrics development.Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizen.Set Schedule tour of duty.Security clearance: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access.Completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination is required.FLSA exempt status.Male applicants born after 12-31-1959 must be registered for Selective Service.Position may require DoD certification and other requirements.Qualifications:One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent, including overseeing performance standards, investment criteria, budgeting, and contract management.Experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, or military service that demonstrates relevant competencies.Additional Information:Position requires a Program Management (A) / PM, Advanced certification within 48 months unless extended.For more details, visit General Applicant Info & Definitions.This position does not meet criteria for Reemployed Annuitants.Veterans'' information available at: DLA Careers.The DLA maintains a drug-free workplace; pre-employment and random drug testing are required.Benefits include comprehensive federal employment packages; eligibility depends on the position type. #J-18808-Ljbffr
