Description This senior position is responsible for facilitating the PMO Centre of Excellence and Portfolio Management functions. This includes promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement, training and educating staff across all levels, sharing best practices, and enabling effective prioritisation, governance, and resource allocation to meet strategic objectives. Reporting to the Coordinator - Project and Change Management Office, this role will deliver the PMO Operating Model and Charter and is expected to show a high degree of initiative and independence. What''s On Offer A base salary ranging from $119,030 per annum with competency-based increments up to $132,348 per annum, plus 12% super. 70 hour, 9 day fortnight. We Are Seeking Ability to provide tailored guidance, advice, and training to Council staff and executives in the implementation and use of project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and systems. Strong program and project management abilities to develop, maintain, and improve Council''s project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and systems. Highly developed interpersonal skills to create consensus, resolve disputes, and broker agreement. Exceptional organisational skills for developing and administering training and mentoring programs. Excellent communication and change management skills to engage colleagues and management. Highly developed written communication skills.
