International Premier Events is searching for an exceptional Event Manager to join our dynamic team!Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial & Events, you will play a pivotal role in planning, execution, and delivery of corporate hospitality programs at some of Australia''s most iconic events; including the F1 Australian Grand Prix, State of Origin series and Melbourne Cup Carnival.Youll lead with creativity, precision, and passion ensuring every detail is taken care of and an experience for our guests that is second to none .What You''ll DoIn conjunction with the other members of the events team, your responsibilities will include:End-to-end event management: pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-upCoordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveryWork with caterers to develop bespoke food & beverage offeringsInnovate bring fresh ideas to enhance the client and guest experienceDesign and execute branding/styling plans for event spacesLiaise with sporting bodies, stadiums & concert promoters on accreditation & ticketing for eventsDevelop and distribute event communications to clientsManage budgets, timelines, and event reportingAssist in maintaining IPE social media accounts and websitesWhat We''re Looking ForThe successful candidate will be a high performer who has:A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleA tertiary qualification in event management, marketing, hospitality or a related field (highly regarded)A passion for sports, music, and live entertainmentOutstanding organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detailStrong proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and travel throughout Australia to attend eventsYou will set yourself apart from other candidates if you can demonstrate any or all of the following:Proficiency with graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)Experience updating websites (including SEO optimisation)Skilled at creating and posting social media content (and understanding of the Meta Business Suite)Whats in it for you?The chance to be a part of a high energy and close-knit teamDynamic role with career growth opportunitiesAttend some of the biggest sporting and concert events at the most iconic venues in AustraliaWork from our newly renovated office in Manly just 200m from the beachHealth and wellbeing activities including team yoga, team bonding events and weekly mental health breaksWho We AreInternational Premier Events (IPE) is a sports marketing and event management company based on Sydneys Northern Beaches.IPE is one of Australias leading providers of corporate hospitality for major sporting events and concerts throughout the country, boasting close relationships with the leading sporting organisations and stadiums in Australia such as the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, National Rugby League, Rugby Australia, Victoria Racing Club, Australian Turf Club and many more.How to ApplyPlease email your resume and cover letter todylan@ipevents.com.au or ''apply now'' via LinkedIn.The closing date for applications is Friday 22nd August 2025All applicants must have full working rights within Australia - unfortunately no sponsorships will be offered.
