Were proud of our teams depth and breadth of experience and with over 400 of us united in our work and our brands, its unsurprising our average employee tenure is market leading, but we are always keen on adding new faces to our team.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Project Manager in our Mechanical fit out team. You will oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects within the building and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality results to clients.Key responsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of multiple HVAC projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project deliveryDevelop and implement detailed project plans, managing budgets, resources and timelines to meet project objectivesIdentify and mitigate risks, issues and challenges that may impact project delivery, and implement effective strategies to address themEnsure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards throughout the project lifecycleFoster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectationsLead and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and proceduresWhat we''re looking forMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industryProven track record of successfully delivering complex HVAC projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, technologies and industry best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsProficient in the use of project management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related fieldMembership or accreditation with a professional industry body (e.g. AIRAH, HVAC&R Society)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team membersWhats in It for You?Progression - You may have spent a few years looking up at your management wondering where you are going to go, or where you might fit.. we can offer that progression.Exciting Projects Work on major Australian assets & Tier 1 clients.Sustainability Focus Contribute to a future-ready, energy-efficient built environment.Flexible working conditions that works for you as we know flexibility means different things to different people.
