This role will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the quality of services for the 80+ apartment hotel operation. Moreover, it will be fully responsible for the Building Manager role of the wider "The York" property, a high end, CBD residential tower of 150+ apartments just 300 meters from Circular Quay. Operationally the role will lead budgeting, financial performance, sales, and marketing efforts, people management, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance hotel performance and body management performance.Critical to the role is strong relationship skills, with the role liaising extensively with owners, investors, council, strata management and Swiss-Belhotel corporate interests.
