Were glad you asked.A Thinker is a strategy-account-servicey type of person who often comes from a background of adland, or media agency, or brand strategy, or earned, or from the coffee shop down the road, but is really really smart. They ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully for the answers. Theyre problem solvers and punctual, and know how to drive business results. They can manage processes and are business minded and they know how to get shit done.As a Head Brand Thinker, youll be a leading voice of strategy, championing our model and bringing it to life at every opportunity. Youll be a key driver of growth for existing and new clients, growth for the business and growth of others around you. Youll lead and manage high level conversations with different clients when required, having the flexibility to move around challenges in different categories. Youll have thirst and vision for changing the norm, developing and implementing initiatives within Thinkerbell.THE TASK AT HANDYoull have three key things to do:1. MEASURED MAGIC CHAMPIONYoull live and breathe Measured Magic, bringing it across the Brand Thinker team, as well as the rest of the agency and our clients. You understand that creative thinking is part art and part science and you have diplomas in both (well, not literally, or maybe you do).2. MAKING EVERYTHING BETTERYoull understand both the clients business, but also the Thinkerbell business, and be able to identify opportunities that can benefit the agency, always finding better ways of tackling different projects whilst developing strong relationships with your clients and squad.You are a collaborator and a lover of creativity, as such you are hellbent to push the work to work harder.3. HELPING PEOPLE GROWNot only will you share your knowledge and expertise with others at Thinkerbell, but youll empathetically help and guide them to get to think more strategically, making everyone around you better. Strategy and creativity is a teamsport. And culture drives creativity. The Institute of Measured Magic is our training and development program where we keep brains sticky with internal and external tailored training throughout the year.
