Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is an international Christian organisation whose purpose is to bring help, hope and healing through aviation to people living in isolation and poverty.Every 5.5 minutes, an MAF aircraft takes off or lands somewhere in the world, transporting people in remote villages and supporting missions, churches, aid, and development agencies working to transform lives in isolated communities.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as the Regional Director for Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAFI) in the Asia Pacific region.As the Regional Director, you will lead and direct MAFI operations, providing strategic leadership to effectively meet the needs of the communities we serve, with a focus on reaching remote areas with the love of Christ.ResponsibilitiesThis challenging and rewarding role requires a strong leader passionate about serving others and spreading the Gospel through aviation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will:Develop and implement long-term strategies and short-term objectives aligned with MAFs mission and priorities.Lead and mentor the Asia Pacific Country Directors to enhance programme performance and support their growth and development.Oversee staff training and development, ensuring their well-being on personal, spiritual, and professional levels.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including HR, financial management, and risk mitigation.Participate actively in the Operations Leadership Team, addressing operational challenges and contributing to strategic planning across regions.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceIf you are passionate about serving others and sharing the love of Christ, this leadership opportunity is meaningful and challenging.
