This will be really hard to do, but very rewarding and possibly, the adventure of a lifetime with some of the best operators you will ever work with.About the Role (What You''ll Be Doing)We''re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Global Finance to lead our financial operations, planning, and business partnership functions across multiple regions and brands. This is a critical leadership role in shaping how we plan, allocate, and manage capital as the business scales internationally. You''ll drive operational rigor, build systems for scale, and act as a key partner to the executive team.This role blends commercial finance, systems thinking, and leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, works well across markets, and wants to build not just a function, but a financial platform for growth.Key responsibilities include:Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modelling across geographies and brandsOwn month-end, board reporting, and performance insight with accountability for accuracy, consistency, and clarityPartner with regional GMs, brand leads, and functional execs to drive financial performance and resource allocation decisionsDesign and evolve internal reporting frameworks, dashboards, and finance packs to serve exec and board needsOwn global finance systems architecture, ensuring clean integration between NetSuite, BI tools, and planning platformsOversee the accounting and financial control environment, ensuring timely close processes and global compliancePlay a key role in capital planning, investor reporting, and funding strategy alongside the CFOBuild and lead a high-performing finance team across FP&A, accounting, and regional finance functionsDrive process automation, systems upgrades, and reporting improvements to support scaleAbout You (Who We''re Looking For)812+ years'' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance, with at least 3+ years in a senior or head-of-level roleProven experience operating in complex, multi-entity, multi-region environments, ideally with exposure to consumer, tech, or digital health businessesDeep familiarity with NetSuite, including ERP structure, reporting, and integrationsStrong financial modelling and strategic planning capabilityExperience building or managing international finance functions and collaborating across time zonesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing senior executives and presenting to the boardStrong bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvementCPA, CA, CFA, or MBA preferredNice to HaveExperience in VC or PE-backed businesses undergoing rapid scaleBackground in both financial control and commercial financeUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance nuances across AU, UK, EU, and AsiaWhy You Should Join Euc?Our teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
