Based in Homebush, youll enjoy long-term career stability, a supportive environment, and colleagues who genuinely have your back.The RoleReporting to a highly experienced Credit Manager, youll be the go-to for managing a $12M ledger spanning around 700 active accounts. Its a full-function credit control role where your relationship skills will shine just as much as your attention to detail. Youll partner with branches and customers to keep accounts healthy and cash flowing smoothly.Your day-to-day will include:Making around 30 outbound collection calls each dayalways with a professional, customer-first approachRunning statements and issuing mid-month remindersManaging cash allocations and reconciling accountsPerforming credit checks for new customersTroubleshooting and resolving queries in partnership with branch teamsProcessing invoices, receipts, payments, and credit notesPitching in with ad hoc admin to keep the credit team humming alongThe CandidateYoull thrive here if you love taking full ownership of your ledger, are naturally curious about your customers, and enjoy problem-solving.
