We expect to triple our workforce within 6 months, and we need an experienced and forward-thinking Workforce Manager to take ownership of our HR operations and workforce strategy.This role is perfect for an HR professional with 5+ years experience whos ready to step into a more senior, hands-on position with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of our team.What Youll Be DoingYoull take the reins on all workforce management, ensuring our people, systems, and processes run smoothly as we scale. Your day-to-day will include:End-to-End HR Management Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and when necessary, terminations.Compliance & Best Practice Interpreting Fair Work awards, managing employment contracts, ensuring WHS compliance, and implementing training modules.Roster & Timesheet Optimisation Building efficient rosters, reducing overtime and labour shortages, and keeping our operations running like clockwork.Tanda HR Software Managing and improving our use of Tanda; building best practices, making full use of all modules, and refining workflows.Payroll Management Running payroll with accuracy and timeliness.Strategic Workforce Planning Supporting our growth plans by building the HR foundations for a team that will triple in size within months.About YouWe are simply looking for talent, drive and initiative; whether you have experience leading your own team, or are looking to take the next step in your career and move into a management role.
