Join a proud & growing team that offers quality, hassle free & affordable travel experiences.The OpportunityAs the People & Culture Business Partner, you''ll help shape and strengthen our workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support strategic business goals. This role will act as a key contact for the business, dealing with day-to-day and operational matters.In this role, you''ll contribute to the ongoing development of our People & Culture foundations and lead initiatives across employee relations and broader People & Culture programs that reflect our values and support our brand and growth goals.Organisational StructureThis role will report to our Head of People & Culture, working in the passionate and dedicated People & Culture team. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose! From time to time you will be required to travel between all our TripADeal sites (Byron Bay, Varsity Lakes and Brisbane), so a full valid drivers'' license is a must for this role.A Day in the LifeDeliver and enhance People & Culture initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and onboarding.Provide training and support to managers, ensuring consistency and quality across key people processesChampion the development of relevant, fit-for-purpose processes and procedures to assist managers in people management..Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with managers and collaborating with leaders on development and succession plans.Identify and manage People & Culture risks and compliance issues.Facilitate the fortnightly payroll processing for TripADealPlay a key part in broader P&C team responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, Events & Office Management.Guide managers through disciplinary, grievance, and change processes, ensuring all actions align with legislation and internal policies.To be a Front Running CandidateQualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration or similarA minimum of 7 plus years experience operating as a People & Culture Business Partner or equivalentProven Human Resource experience ideally in a scale up environment, with exposure to corporate organisations, as a Business Partner levelProvide a high level of professionalism and competence in all Human Resources and Employment Relations processesComprehensive knowledge of Australian employment legislation and National Employment StandardsPreferred experience with systems including Workday, Employment Hero & Scout Talent.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detailA warm, approachable, pragmatic and supportive style, with confidence to liaise with all levels of the organisationComfortable with ambiguity and having difficult conversations with othersThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background checkWhy TripADeal?Competitive salary packageLearn, develop and advance your career within TripADealFun, casual working environment, where shoes are optionalStaff travel discountsEmployee Assistance Program$1,040 per annum of subsidised gym membershipsAccess to Corporate Fitness PassportRegular social get togethersSavings and discounts on groceries, electronics and homewaresVolunteer leave as part of giving back to the local communityGenerous parental leave support programSee your next destination as a People & Culture Business Partner for TripADeal?
