Wests Nelson Bay currently has a full-time opportunity available for a customer-focused individual. Wests Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. Key responsibilities include:Provide friendly customer servicePreparation and service of beveragesOperation of Tab and Keno terminalsCleaning of workstation and equipmentOperation of tills and cash handlingCollect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaningThis position requires availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts are scheduled from the evening through to early hours of the morning during peak periods, including summer, public holidays, and school holidays. Availability during these seasonal peaks is essential.Certifications required: RSA & RCGAll candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks, including a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification.
