Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development!Applications are sought from suitably experienced Storepersons to join the Supply and Procurement team at Echuca Regional Health.The ideal applicant will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.Key responsibilities include:Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver and receipt goods within the hospital whilst adopting a client focused approachEfficiently monitor and follow up back ordered items and delivery docketsEffectively utilise computer systems to assist in the preparation of invoices, distribution of good and stock of inventoryProvide effective customer service for all inquiries, in person or over the phoneActively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requestedMaintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practiceQualifications/experience required:Physical capacity to undertake manual handlingAdvanced Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management and organisational skillsPrevious experience in a similar roleSound knowledge of medical productsKnowledge and experience in maintaining creditor systems, warehousing, supply and logisticsKnowledge of manual handling proceduresWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
