Youll be working closely with our sales team and clients directly to transform briefs into functional, innovative, and eye-catching solutions that meet brand and retail expectations.ResponsibilitiesTaking briefs from the sales team and clients directly.Producing 3D visualisations and renders to communicate concepts.Hand sketching initial ideas to bring concepts to life during early-stage discussions.Producing accurate, production-ready design documentation and CAD files.Building and testing physical prototypes.QualificationsProficiency in ESKO ArtiosCAD or equivalent structural packaging design software.Advanced skills in 3D rendering and visualisation, ideally using CINEMA 4D.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).Ability to produce quick hand-rendered concepts/sketches.Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple briefs simultaneously.Strong grasp of manufacturing and print processes.Experience working in industries such as Point of Purchase (POP), Point of Sale (POS), or Retail/Advertising Agencies.Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience working directly with clients.A portfolio that showcases a strong track record in designing POP/POS packaging and display solutions.Who You AreA creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.Highly organised, responsive, and commercially aware.Confident in managing the design process from ideation to final production files.Passionate about designing for real-world retail environments.Why Work With Us?At Clarke Murphy Print, you''ll join a collaborative team that pushes the boundaries of print and packaging design.
