This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a growing, design focused company.As the Marketing and eCommerce Manager, youll:Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.Lead omnichannel campaigns and ensure seamless brand consistency across all touchpoints.Optimise and grow our eCommerce platform, enhancing UX, SEO, SEM, and online performance.Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and digital metrics to continuously improve results.Guide brand development through storytelling, national events, media, and influencer engagement.Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, including product, content, and internal brand specialists.Oversee external agencies, budgets, and campaign KPIs.About YouWere looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional who:Proven experience in marketing strategy and eCommerce execution (ideally 5+ years).Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.A confident leader with a commercial mindset and sharp eye for brand and digital detail.Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is highly regarded.What We OfferAt Earp Bros, we believe in nurturing our people and celebrating their successes.
