It will ensure the safe and efficient operation of drivers, passengers and company assets. It requires liaison and collaboration with customer service to optimise system-wide operations, particularly in emergency situations.What Youll Do:Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleetEnsure the safe and efficient operation of drivers, passengers, partners, and company assetsProvide support to the Customer Service team during staff shortages or emergency situationsConduct training and coaching for drivers in:o Safe and efficient driving techniqueso Compliance with internal policies and proceduresImplement and supervise promotional or sales campaigns initiated by the companyRepresent the company in meetings and negotiations with partners and clientsExpand customer networks and business opportunitiesPrepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly), propose operational improvementsCollaborate with other departments to optimise system-wide operationsRespond to incidents, provide remote support and log issues accuratelyEnsure drivers follow assigned routes, safety standards and work hour limitsQualifications and Skills Required:Bachelors degree in Business or related disciplineMinimum of 4 years experience in transport operationsAbility to hold a passenger Transport Safety certificationStrong decision-making skills in high-pressure situationsProfessional driving experience (eg.
