Our growth recognises our industry leadership in solutions, innovation and quality customer service across our showrooms, home care, hospital and pressure care, and configured mobility.We are seeking a passionate, experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Morayfield team and take our customer experience to the next level.As a Showroom Manager at ILS, youre not just managing a storeyoure making a difference. Youll lead a dedicated team, connect with the local community, and empower customers with products that truly improve lives. If youre a people-first leader with a strong retail background and a drive to grow in the Allied Health space, we would love to speak to you further about this opportunity.What your day looks like:Open and close the showroom, manage transactions, and keep things running smoothlyWelcome customers with warmth, guide them through our product range, and help them find solutions that suit their needsProviding information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and moreProactively build relationships and generate new business opportunitiesStay on top of admin tasks and stock levels to ensure a seamless in-store experienceProcessing product sales and hire agreements efficiently and accuratelyCoach, motivate and support your teamincluding staff rostering, recruitment, and trainingLead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targetsChampion continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and community engagementBeing the face of ILS in the local community.
