Our tours deliver immersive experiences that prioritise customer servise, culture, conservation, and community connection, supporting the local environment and its people.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager, located in Cairns, QLD with some work-from-home options. The General Manager will oversee the general operations of the company, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all tours. Responsibilities include, coordinating tour schedules, maintaining high standards of customer service, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves strategic planning to promote growth and sustainability and liaising with community partners.QualificationsExperience in team management, leadership, and staff coordinationStrong organisational and multitasking skillsFinancial management and budget planning experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsFamiliarity with eco-tourism and conservation principlesAbility to work independently and in a hybrid setupPassion for sustainability, culture, and community engagementBachelor''s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is prefered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
