We operate 26 hospitals and services comprising more than 3,300 hospital beds, including home nursing, disability services and social outreach programs.St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to shape the future of Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing (OHS&W) across one of Australia''s largest not-for-profit health care providers.Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the General Manager, OHS&W will define and lead the organisation''s safety and wellbeing strategy, building a contemporary, data-informed, and prevention-focused framework that supports more all caregivers across multiple hospital, home, and community-based settings in three states.This is a critical leadership role that integrates health, safety, and wellbeing into SJGHC''s leadership and delivery of care.
