Youve likely spent 1020 years in financial services, fintech, or adjacent sectors, with significant exposure to non-bank lending and a strong track record of delivering results across operations, risk, and customer experience. Experience in credit-lending organisations is strongly preferred.You lead without ego, simplify complexity, and energise teams around a shared mission.
