We are now seeking a senior leader to join our Executive Team as the Head of Digital and Transformation.About the roleAs the Head of Digital and Transformation, you will shape and drive the digital, data, AI, and technology strategies supporting the organisations long-term growth. You will lead a national function responsible for delivering digital transformation, agile ways of working, and building security and data analytics capability. Reporting to the CEO, you will partner closely with your peers in the Executive Team to deliver solutions that support TSFs strategic priorities.Key AccountabilitiesLead the development and delivery of our digital, data, AI and technology strategiesOversee cybersecurity governance and ensure organisational resilienceDrive agile transformation and continuous improvement across the businessBuild integrated digital platforms and scalable service delivery systemsStrengthen data governance, analytics and AI capability across the organisationLead, develop and inspire a high-performing national teamAbout YouYou are a strategic leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, data and technology. You have a track record of successfully leading large teams through organisational wide transformation. You are a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills, able to build trust at Executive and Board level while ensuring strong operational delivery. You have a passion for scaling solutions and you are energised by the opportunity to lead technology transformation that delivers social impact.Skills and ExperienceBachelor or Masters Degree in business or technologyExecutive-level experience leading digital transformation and/or digital strategyStrong background in leading and delivery within an agile environmentDemonstrated experience in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud services, and AI applicationsProven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and navigate complex matrixed environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skills including with Board and senior executivesAbility to drive and embed change.
