This position is central to supporting student wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour across the school.Some of the key responsibilities of a Student Services Manager are to:Ensure the consistent application of our Behaviour Management Policy.Work collaboratively with teaching staff to engage students in making positive behaviour choices.Champion and promote our Positive Behaviours Framework, helping to embed it into the daily life of the school.Build strong, respectful relationships with students, supporting their social and emotional development.Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to support student engagement and wellbeing.We highly value applicants who have excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with young people.
