The role will be full-time Monday-Friday and based on 7.6 hour days. Applicants will need to be currently based locally in Sale.Role RequirementsCoordinate the planning of personnel for Operations and Project Managers from the Sale site office, including client liaison and third party suppliersResponsibility for the chairing of meetings and building relationships with key stakeholders in the businessReview and agree all recorded work-hours to timesheets generated by all site Applus+ personnel, agree with client on a back-to-back basis, work-hours/consumables/equipment utilised in support of invoices generated thereof, reconcile support documentation with client P/Os on a weekly basis, submit invoice support documentation to Applus+ Sale office within 24 hours of securing client agreement.Advise Operations Manager - Sale VIC with personnel levels to ensure an adequate workforce is availableAssist Operations Managers by advising on relevant procedures, techniques, equipment (where appropriate) and assist with issuing test procedures and standards appropriate for the work.Assist the manager with the monitoring of costs and cost effectivenessAssist with the timesheets for staff assigned to projects and local work ensuring accuracy of times, dates, job coding etc. which are provided to Payroll within the required deadlinesAssist with the quoting of jobs to clientsAssist with the invoicing process of jobs to the standard required by the Finance teamAssist with the monitoring of the procurement of equipment and consumables via liaison with the Equipment Controller.In consultation with the relevant manager, ensure that personnel assigned to each project are adequately qualified and experience to perform their tasksSolve problems and attend to questions and complaints, both internally and externallySpecific SoftwareExperience with ERP/CMMS systems in a planning/scheduling capacity - SAP/Prometheus preferable.Share point - Front and backendScheduling software - Primavera P6 (preferable)About the BusinessApplus+ has grown into a leading service provider across the Pacific, recognised for our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
