House Manager 4 to 5 days per weekPrivate Residence | Southeastern Suburbs, MelbourneImmediate Start | MondayFridayOur client is seeking a dedicated, highly organised, and experienced House Manager to oversee all aspects of their private residence in the stunning southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, warm, and welcoming home environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a professional family of four, providing day-to-day household and family support, with a strong focus on healthy meal preparation, home organisation, and property management.This hands-on role is ideal for a discreet and confident professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and respond to the changing needs of a busy household. Youll be responsible for managing the primary residence (and occasionally a holiday home), liaising with trades and contractors, supporting childrens routines, overseeing household maintenance, and ensuring a calm, clean, and beautiful environment at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, schedules, systems, and service providers.Housekeeping & Presentation Maintain a clean, calm, and well-organised home, including laundry, wardrobe care and bed-changingHealthy Meal Prep Plan and prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and school lunches, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.Family Support Assist with childrens routines, transport, appointments, and family scheduling.Property & Garden Oversight Coordinate trades, supervise maintenance, and manage seasonal needs inside and out.Errands, Pet Care & Personal Assistance Run errands, walk and care for the family dog, manage calendars, assist with shopping, gifting and personal adminAbout You:You are an experienced professional in house management, private service, or household operations.You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks independently.You take pride in creating a home that is organised, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained to a high standard.You are warm, respectful, discreet, and naturally proactive.You are confident in the kitchen and enjoy preparing nutritious meals.You work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and hold high personal standards.You are tech-savvy and comfortable managing basic home systems and digital tools.You are adaptable to evolving needs and able to respond with calm professionalism.Requirements: Experience in house/estate management or steward/private hotel roles Excellent cooking and home management skills WWCC, Police Check, full work rights in Australia Drivers licence and insured vehicle Non-smoker and strong referencesApply now with your CV and a short Cover Letter explaining why this role is a great fit for you.We look forward to hearing from you!Applications to be submitted by 15 August 2025Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
