The RoleAContracts Administratoris responsible for effectively managing the client relationship from the finalisation of the sale to the commencement of contract. This includes being the primary point of contact between Redink Homes Southwest and the sales team, drafting and estimating throughout the pre-construction process, to help process and finalise any Contract Variations and/or Sales Variations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that working drawings, addendas, and contract documents (including HIA Contracts) are accurately processed and finalised to meet client requirements in preparation for the Prestart process.This role is permanent, full-time contract, based in Bunbury.
