The role includes managing daily food production, supporting strategic goals, and ensuring cost-effective kitchen operations through waste minimisation and stock control. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, and while the Chef de Partie (Pastry) works under the guidance of Sous Chefs or the Executive Chef, they are also expected to operate independently when required.Casual position.
