Were looking for a Full-time - Production and Delivery Assistant to join our Grounds Maintenance team based in the Illawarra. In this hands-on role, youll be working outdoors, operating equipment, engaging with customers, and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard. The role would require you to:Carry out gardening and maintenance services, including mowing, whipper snipping, simple pruning, hedging, and planting.Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.Deliver outstanding customer service while working offsite.Maintain accurate job documentation and reports.Assist with transporting equipment and materials to and from sites.Maintain required documentation.Engage with customers offsiteThe Ideal Candidate Would PossesA current Full Australian Drivers License, and the ability to produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving historyMechanical aptitude and experience with tools like whipper snippers, lawn mowers and general maintenance equipment.A proven ability to undertake the physical requirements and expectations of the roleAbility to withstand varied weather conditions and work with a flexible schedule across outdoor sites.The ability to operate independently, efficiently and professionally with limited supervisionCompassion and commitment to providing respectful and effective mentorship to our employees with disabilitiesDemonstrated experience in ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.National Police Clearance Check, NDIS check & First-Aid certificationWe OfferAt Flagstaff we foster a collaborative, inclusive and supportive work culture that empowers our employees to excel in their roles.
