In this regionally focused role, youll work closely with assigned dealerships to boost sales performance, grow market share, and support them in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Build a future.What Youll DoAchieve retail and wholesale sales targets within your assigned territory, ensuring compliance with program discountsSupport dealers to develop and execute business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing activitiesConduct regular dealer visits, e.g., once per quarter per outletProvide operational support across inventory management, sales processes and competitive positioningDeliver clear, data-driven reports to help dealers identify and address performance gapsCollaborate with key stakeholders including dealer principles and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvementsLead engagement with corporate customers and coordinate internal resources to support opportunitiesSupport dealer participation in field days, product demonstrations and training eventsMonitor dealer performance across sales, marketing, financial and operational areas, escalating concerns as neededTrack and report on competitor activity, industry trends and customer buying patternsIdentify dealer sales team product knowledge gaps and support relevant training initiativesWork closely with internal teams to remove barriers and enhance dealer profitabilityAssist dealers in market volume forecasting and ensure inventory levels align with incentive targetsAbout You3+ years of experience in the agriculture industryProven experience working within a B2B and/or dealer network environmentTertiary qualifications are preferred but not essentialExcellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to build rapport at all levelsResult-driven and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for supporting dealer and customer successHigh level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionSolid data analysis capabilities to interpret trends, inform decisions and support dealer performance are advantageousIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Power BI is highly desirableWillingness to travel across South NSW frequentlyWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
