With a paddock to plate ethos, the kitchen team are ready to offer the freshest and best local produce to every guest!About the Role:As a Front Office Supervisor, you will take charge of ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. In this pivotal role, youll oversee day-to-day front desk operations, support and mentor a dedicated team, and act as the key liaison between guests, property owners, and internal departments. With your strong eye for detail and commitment to service excellence, youll help drive efficient processes, maintain accurate trust accounting practices, and uphold the high standards for which Oscars Group venues are known.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day front office operationsEnsure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guestsHandle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionallySupervise front office staff to ensure efficient and effective performanceSupervise the Housekeeping Manager and their team, collaborating with other departments to maintain operational standards, coordinate guest services, and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain accurate trust accounting processes in line with legislative requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring clear and proactive communicationMonitor and maintain the hotel''s appearance and cleanliness in public areasTrain and develop front office staff to uphold the highest standards of customer serviceAbout You:Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a supervisory capacityFamiliarity with RMS (Property Management System) is preferredStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle stressful situations with professionalismFlexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidaysFirst Aid and Emergency Response Handling (ERH) certification is a plusInternal and external training and development opportunities including an online training platformCareer development opportunities within Oscars Group across 45+ amazing venuesEmployee Assistance ProgramMentoring from a strong team of hospitality professionalsReward and recognition programsUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
