With a collaborative mindset and sharp commercial instincts, youll navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver outcomes that balance vision, viability and valueFor more information read the full Role Description:Senior Development ManagerWhat you will bring to the roleStrong experience and successful track record in real estate/property transactions in government and/or private sectorDemonstrated commercial and financial understanding with experience in feasibility modellingQualification as a valuer, town planner, property economic would be a benefit though not essentialStrong communication skills including negotiation, presentation, dispute resolution and influencing skills.Experience in the preparation of accurate and timely reports for distribution to Senior Executives.Proficiency in the use of development feasibility software Argus Estate Master DF or similar.Excellent understanding of design, development and delivery process of residential and commercial projectsSignificant experience in real estate development and capital transactions.Comprehensive understanding of financial management practices, including budget and reportingWhat is an essential requirement:Demonstrated management experience and experience working within a commercial financial function in a diverse and complex organisation.About usThe Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is building a stronger future for Western Sydney by delivering Bradfield City Centre and attracting investment to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
