Youll need to be resilient, adaptable, and committed to maintaining professional boundaries while fostering trust and positive engagement. About The RoleThis part-time role (2030+ hours/week) involves delivering consistent, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care to participants in a residential environment. You will be a stabilising presence, supporting recovery, skill-building, and daily living.
